Ed's Pools is dedicated to making your swimming pool as enjoyable as possible. We have a dedicated team of pool speicalist to take care of your needs.  We have several services for which we specilaize in, from starting up your pool in the spring time to closing it down for the winter.  Services calls can also be done making your swimming pool look it's best.  With our cleaning specialists your pool will be "sparkling clean" each time we come out.   

You can choose from a weekly, biweekly or monthy cleaining schedule. That leaves you more time to enjoy your swimming pool.  Our schedule for cleans are set up according to the area in which you live. If your thinking of having your pool maintianed, we encourge you to consider us for the job, when you schedule your service call we perform the following services to keep your pool running and looking it's best. 

SERVICE CALLS:

• Vaccum cleaning all debris and dirt from the bottom of your pool/spa
• Brush the sides and bottom of the pool, benches, charis and seats of the pool/spa. 
• Net the derbirs from the top swimming pool/spa water using leaf rakes
• Clean your skimmers empty the baskets of debirs, scrub inside walls of simmer and the lids
• Empty pump baskets of dirt and debrit each time we vaccum
• Clean the pool/spa tile inside and around (when needed)
• Backwash filters on systems the require it
• Maintain pool equipment and repairs when necessary (some repairs @ additional costs)
• Mantian chemical balance of water (chemicals provided @ additonal costs)

SWIMMING POOL START-UP:

 Remove all the water from your pool cover using a submersible cover pump.

Clean filters (when needed)

Using a leaf rake type skimmer net remove all the debris that has accumulated on the pool cover over the winter.  

Raise the water level in the pool to the middle of the skimmer.

Remove all winter plugs from skimmers and returns.

Insert all skimmer baskets and return fittings.  

Re-install all o-rings, pressure gauges, drain plugs and caps, and gaskets to the filter system.

Tighten all clamps and unions that connect your pump and filter.  

Prime the pump with water using a garden hose or bucket.

Close the pump lid securely to be sure of no air leaks.  

Be sure all skimmers and return valves are in the open position to allow flow of pool water to and from filter system. Then turn on filtration equipment.

If your filter has a multi-port valve, be sure the handle is in the filter position.  

If you have a DE-diatomaceous earth filter, be sure to add the proper amount of DE powder to the skimmer once the system is running at full prime.
